Talent Acquisition Specialist

H2O is currently looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their People & Culture team. The organisation is undergoing a complete rebrand and recruitment drive, and this role will work closely with a team solely responsible for all listings. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the UAE Real Estate market and be familiar with recruitment processes. Fluency in Russian is essential for the successful candidate.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Engage with candidates regarding open job opportunities
  • Use social media to create content that attracts and engages candidates
  • Build a candidate pipeline for available and future job opportunities
  • Post job adverts on social media and monitor performance
  • Compile job adverts
  • Liaise with the training team to ensure candidates are aware of start dates and interviews
  • Collaborate with line managers to understand hiring requirements and specific job specifications
  • Consistently maintain a presence across all social media channels
  • Represent both your personal brand and the company while recruiting
  • Develop effective strategies to engage, retain, and attract new talent

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role in Dubai
  • Strong customer service or sales skills
  • Proficiency in social media and the ability to stay current with trends
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English (Russian fluency is a must)
  • Previous experience in UAE Real Estate with strong knowledge of the market is preferred. Recruitment experience would be advantageous.
