Senior Property Associate

H2O is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Property Associate to join our real estate community. As part of our ongoing rebrand and growth, we are looking for a seasoned real estate professional with a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in property sales, a history of meeting or exceeding targets, and the drive to continue delivering high performance.

As a Senior Property Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and leading by example. You will have the opportunity to further develop your skills while contributing to the ongoing success of the team.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Collect detailed information about properties and coordinate the creation of marketing materials
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of the UAE Real Estate market, including rules, regulations, and current market trends
  • Take charge of property valuations and attend property viewings
  • Lead negotiations with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords, guiding them from the viewing stage to the offer stage
  • Monitor sales performance and liaise with appropriate managers to ensure progress is on track
  • Follow up on all company-generated leads to ensure timely conversion
  • Proactively generate new leads through cold calls, networking, and marketing activities
  • Consistently hit or exceed sales targets, demonstrating a track record of success
  • Maintain a high-performance standard in line with company expectations

Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE Real Estate market and relevant regulations
  • Ability to consistently self-generate leads and maintain a high volume of sales activity
  • High-level negotiation skills and experience managing clients from viewing to closing the deal
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Proficient in using social media and modern marketing techniques to promote listings and engage with potential clients
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Proven ability to hit financial targets, with demonstrable success in previous roles
