Sales & Leasing Manager

H2O is currently expanding our secondary market division and requires a talented and results-driven leader to manage the department. As the Sales & Leasing Manager, you will play a key role in leading all sales and leasing activities within the dynamic Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Dubai secondary market, with a proven track record in both leasing and selling properties. A strong leadership background is essential, showcasing the ability to motivate, guide, and drive team performance, as well as the capability to regularly report on team success and market insights.

Role & Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement effective sales and leasing strategies to achieve company objectives and business targets
  • Lead and manage a high-performance sales and leasing team, ensuring optimal results are achieved consistently
  • Monitor team performance and deliver regular reports on key metrics, sales figures, and targets
  • Ensure properties are well listed and visible on key property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
  • Oversee the entire sales and leasing process, ensuring seamless transactions and a high level of client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and other stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to fine-tune business strategies
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute impactful property campaigns
  • Maintain high standards of performance and professionalism in all sales and leasing activities

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the Dubai secondary real estate market
  • Strong background in both sales and leasing of residential properties
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a highly competitive market
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
  • Results-oriented with the ability to implement and track performance metrics
