H2O is currently looking for driven individuals to join our real estate community. The organisation is undergoing a complete rebrand, and we are looking for talented sales agents to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, a strong work ethic, and an eagerness to learn new skills.
As a Property Associate, you will receive the training, support, and knowledge needed to build on your existing sales skills and become a real estate expert.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Collecting information about a property and arranging for the appropriate marketing materials to be created
- Expert knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding the UAE Real Estate market
- Creating and attending property valuations and viewings
- Negotiating with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing through to offer stage
- Monitoring sales and liaising with appropriate managers
- Following all company-generated leads
- Self-generating leads through cold calls, marketing, and networking
- Keeping up to date with market trends in the local property market
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous sales experience in a B2C or B2B environment
- Strong customer service or sales skills
- Proficiency in social media and the ability to stay current with trends
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn new knowledge and easily adapt
