As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and creative Marketing Specialist to help elevate our digital presence, drive engagement, and boost our online visibility. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and real estate experience.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Management: Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance H2O Real Estate’s digital presence across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Content Creation: Design and create engaging social media content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos that align with brand identity and support business goals.
- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain social media platforms, creating a content calendar, posting regularly, and interacting with followers to enhance engagement and build a loyal community.
- Reels & Stories Creation: Use tools like Canva and other editing software to create visually appealing reels and stories for Instagram and Facebook, ensuring they resonate with the target audience and enhance visibility.
- Brand Visibility & Awareness: Develop strategies for increasing online visibility and brand awareness through creative campaigns and collaboration with influencers and industry partners.
- Market Analysis: Monitor the performance of all marketing efforts, analyze trends, and generate reports to evaluate success and make improvements.
- Real Estate Focus: Craft content and campaigns tailored specifically to the real estate market, including listings, open houses, property features, and investment opportunities.
- Collaborative Support: Work closely with the sales team and leadership to align marketing campaigns with business objectives and drive property sales and leads.
- Stay Current: Keep up to date with industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and platform algorithms to ensure H2O stays ahead of the curve in online marketing.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation, particularly in the real estate sector.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools to create high-quality visuals, videos, and other marketing materials.
- In-depth knowledge and experience managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms, including content scheduling, analytics, and engagement strategies.
- Experience creating social media reels, stories, and short-form video content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to engage with followers and boost interaction.
- Solid understanding of the real estate market, including trends, target audience, and how to craft compelling content for property promotion.
- Ability to work independently, think creatively, and execute marketing strategies with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to represent the brand and message clearly and effectively.
- Knowledge of SEO and paid advertising strategies (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a real estate environment is essential.
