Commercial Property Manager

This role offers a unique opportunity for a talented individual with a strong background in commercial real estate to shape and grow H2O’s commercial property portfolio in the Dubai market. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience, a proven track record in selling commercial properties, and strong leadership capabilities to help manage and motivate a high-performing sales team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute impactful sales and leasing strategies to meet and exceed business targets within the competitive Dubai commercial real estate market.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the commercial sales team, ensuring they deliver outstanding results, high-level service, and consistently achieve sales goals.
  • Manage the full sales process for commercial properties, ensuring smooth transactions and a high degree of client satisfaction.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders to build trust and encourage repeat business.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to continuously refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports, market insights, and key metrics to senior leadership, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted, compelling property campaigns that increase visibility and attract prospective buyers and tenants.
  • Ensure properties are prominently listed across major property platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle, maximizing exposure to potential clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with market regulations, trends, and emerging opportunities in the commercial property sector to remain competitive.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the Dubai commercial real estate market, with a specific focus on commercial property sales.
  • Demonstrated success in both the leasing and sales of commercial real estate, with the ability to manage large-scale transactions.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, with a strong ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve results.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage top-tier clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive and fast-paced market.
  • Deep knowledge of Dubai’s commercial real estate market, including the legal landscape, market trends, and industry best practices.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to drive business growth in a high-demand market.
