H2O is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our luxury property sales division. With a focus on primary and secondary luxury sales to high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) in the Dubai market, this role presents a unique opportunity for a seasoned real estate professional with a proven track record of success in luxury property sales. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market, with expertise in catering to the HNWI clientele.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-impact sales and business development strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets within the luxury property market.
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team of luxury sales professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to deliver exceptional performance.
- Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, ensuring a seamless and successful transaction process for clients, from initial consultation to closing.
- Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with HNWIs, key stakeholders, and investors to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts, leveraging insights to refine and enhance sales strategies.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on team performance, market insights, and sales performance to the senior leadership team.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling and targeted property campaigns that highlight H2O’s luxury offerings.
- Actively engage with the luxury property community by attending networking events, property exhibitions, and high-end industry gatherings to increase brand visibility.
- Oversee property listings, ensuring premium properties are showcased across leading property platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle, maximizing exposure to high-end buyers and investors.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the Dubai real estate market, with a specific focus on luxury properties.
- A successful track record in both primary and secondary luxury property sales, particularly targeting HNWIs and high-profile clients.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in managing and motivating a sales team to achieve exceptional results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with top-tier clients.
- Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets in a competitive and high-pressure market.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate laws, regulations, and market trends, particularly within the luxury property sector.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
