Associate Partner

H2O is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Partner to join our growing real estate community. As part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for an accomplished real estate professional with at least 5 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market and a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a deep understanding of the market, and a history of consistently achieving and exceeding targets.

As an Associate Partner, you will play a strategic role in driving business growth, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring the continued success of H2O. This role offers the opportunity to take your career to the next level and make a lasting impact on the company’s success.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of property associates, offering mentorship and guidance to junior staff members.
  • Take ownership of key client relationships, providing expert advice and guidance in property sales, investments, and market trends.
  • Oversee property valuations, market analysis, and competitive pricing strategies for properties in the Dubai real estate market.
  • Manage negotiations with high-profile clients, ensuring smooth transitions from initial consultation to closing.
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to define business development strategies and drive organizational growth.
  • Actively participate in the development of marketing strategies, utilizing both traditional and digital platforms to enhance property visibility.
  • Take a proactive role in business development by sourcing new high-net-worth clients and opportunities through networking, cold calling, and marketing activities.
  • Ensure sales targets and KPIs are met or exceeded on a consistent basis, with a track record of surpassing revenue expectations.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of market dynamics, trends, and relevant regulations to provide top-tier service to clients.
  • Manage client portfolios and lead on large-scale real estate transactions with a focus on delivering results.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales within the Dubai market.
  • A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with clear examples of revenue growth and client success.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including legal regulations, market trends, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team of professionals.
  • Highly skilled in negotiations, with the ability to manage complex deals and guide clients through the entire sales process.
  • A strong business acumen and the ability to strategically drive sales and marketing efforts in alignment with company goals.
  • Proficient in utilizing modern marketing techniques, social media, and digital platforms to reach a broader audience.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to foster and maintain lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and meet financial objectives.
